باور معلمان در مورد مدیریت کلاس به عنوان پیش بینی کننده نظر زبان آموزان درباره موفقیت معلم

چکیده
مدیریت کلاس مهارت مهمی است که می تواند بر موفقیت تدریس معلمان اثرگذار باشد زیرا معلمان را قادر می سازد تا طرح درس های خود را در کلاسی منظم به اجرا بگذارند. اما مدیریت بیش از حد سختگیرانه می تواند اثر معکوس داشته و موجب نظر منفی زبان آموزان درباره ویژگیهای معلمشان شود. هدف این مطالعه بررسی اثر باورهای معلمین درباره مدیریت کلاس بر نظر زبان آموزان درباره ویژگیهای معلمشان به عنوان معلم موفق بود. برای این منظور 322 معلم زبان انگلیسی و دانش آموزانشان مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند و پرسشنامه باورهای مدیریت کلاس و ویژگیهای معلم موفق زبان انگلیسی را پر کردند. نتیجه آزمون همبستگی و رگرسیون حاکی از آن است که سه مولبفه  باورهای مدیریت کلاس توسط معلم به طور معناداری می توانند نظر زبان آموزان درباره ویژگیهای معلمشان را پیش بینی کنند. رابطه میان مدیریت آموزش و مدیریت افراد و نظر زبان آموزان منفی و رابطه میان مدیریت رفتار و نظر زبان آموزان مثبت بود. یافته های این پژوهش نشان می دهد مدیریت بسیار سختگیرانه کلاس اثر منفی بر روی رویکرد زبان اموزان نسبت به معلمشان داشته باشد و معلمان با اتخاذ راهبردهای مدیرتی موثر می توانند رابطه بهتری با دانش آموزانشان داشته باشند و دوره های تربیت معلم پیش و حین خدمت باید به آموزش این راهبردها به معلمان و دانشجومعلمان بپردازند.
