بینش هایی از تجربیات تدریس خرد آنلاین معلمان انگلیسی قبل از خدمت

چکیده

آموزش آنلاین عادی جدید آموزش امروز است، به ویژه پس از همه گیری کووید-19 که کل جهان را به شدت تحت تاثیر قرار داد. با در نظر گرفتن این موضوع، در حال حاضر ضروری است که آموزش معلمان متناسب با الزامات آموزش مدرن تغییر شکل دهد. به همین دلیل، معلمان پیش از خدمت زبان انگلیسی باید پس از فارغ التحصیلی برای تدریس آنلاین آماده باشند. بنابراین، مطالعه کیفی حاضر به بررسی تجربیات تدریس خرد آنلاین معلمان انگلیسی قبل از خدمت در آموزش مهارت‌های نوشتاری و خواندن در زمینه ترکی می‌پردازد. داده ها از طریق مقالات تأملی که هر معلم پیش از خدمت پس از تدریس خرد خود نوشت و یک پرسشنامه باز که در پایان ترم تکمیل و از طریق تحلیل محتوا مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت، جمع آوری شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که معلمان پیش از خدمت، مزایای خاصی از آموزش آنلاین مانند استفاده از ویژگی‌های تدریس آنلاین و دسترسی آسان به مطالب آنلاین را تجربه کردند. با این حال، آنها همچنین به چالش های خاصی اشاره کردند. آنها اکثراً در ترغیب دانش آموزان به حضور در درس و شرکت فعال در آن مشکل داشتند. به همین دلیل است که اکثر شرکت‌کنندگان از تدریس در کلاس مجازی در مقایسه با آموزش آنلاین حمایت می‌کنند و تأکید می‌کنند که معلمان آنلاین مؤثر باید بتوانند توجه دانش‌آموزان را به خود جلب کنند، از فناوری به طور مؤثر استفاده کنند و صبور باشند.
