نشانگرهای گفتمان بین فردی در کلاس های آنلاین و حضوری

چکیده
فقدان نشانه‌های زمینه‌ای که در ارتباطات رو در رو وجود دارد، محدودیت‌های مکالمه‌ای را بر روابط بین فردی در کلاس‌های آنلاین تحمیل می‌کند. یکی از ابزارهای بیان موضع بین فردی استفاده از نشانگرهای گفتمانی (DMs) است. برای اهداف مطالعه حاضر، یعنی تجزیه و تحلیل و مقایسه DM های مورد استفاده در محیط های آموزشی حضوری و آنلاین، با تمرکز بر جنبه بین فردی، ویدئوهایی از شش کلاس واقعی و سه کلاس مجازی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. 300 دقیقه ویدیو برای کلاس حضوری و 119 دقیقه ویدیو برای کلاس های آنلاین به دست آمد. محتوای دروس مشابه بود: زبان انگلیسی عمومی، سطح متوسط ​​بالا. از آنجا که زبان آموزان می توانستند به صورت شفاهی پاسخ دهند یا سوال بپرسند، نیازی به تایپ در کلاس آنلاین نبود. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که وقوع DM در کلاس‌های مجازی حدود دو برابر بیشتر از کلاس‌های واقعی است. در کلاس‌های آنلاین، معلمان خلاقیت و نوآوری را در استفاده از DM برای بیان مواضع بین فردی نشان می‌دهند که ممکن است برای جبران محدودیت‌های رسانه باشد. نتیجه گیری می شود که رسانه آموزشی بر میزان DM های اعمال شده تأثیر دارد.
