تاثیر مقایسه ای دو رویکرد تکلیف محور و موقعیتی بر آموزش اصطلاحات نظامی انگلیسی: مطالعه ای برروی نیروی زمینی ارتش ایران

چکیده
در حوزه‌ی زبان انگلیسی برای اهداف خاص (ESP)، یادگیری مؤثر واژگان تخصصی یکی از چالش‌های اساسی محسوب می‌شود. پرسنل نظامی نیاز دارند تا درک دقیقی از اصطلاحات نظامی زبان انگلیسی داشته باشند تا بتوانند در محیط‌های آموزشی و عملیاتی به‌طور مؤثر ارتباط برقرار کنند. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثربخشی دو رویکرد متفاوت آموزش زبان، یعنی آموزش زبان مبتنی بر تکلیف (TBLT) و آموزش زبان موقعیتی (SLT)، در یادگیری اصطلاحات نظامی زبان انگلیسی در بین نیروهای زمینی ارتش ایران انجام شد. برای این منظور، شصت نفر از پرسنل در این مطالعه شرکت کردند و به سه گروه TBLT، SLT و کنترل (هر گروه شامل ۲۰ نفر) تقسیم شدند. طراحی پژوهش به‌صورت پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود و برای همگن‌سازی سطح زبان شرکت‌کنندگان از آزمون تعیین سطح سریع آکسفورد (QOPT) استفاده شد. همچنین، از دو آزمون محقق‌ساخته به‌عنوان ابزار پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون برای سنجش دانش واژگان نظامی قبل و بعد از مداخله استفاده گردید. نتایج دو آزمون t همبسته نشان داد که شرکت‌کنندگان در گروه‌های TBLT و SLT از پیش‌آزمون تا پس‌آزمون بهبود معناداری داشتند. افزون بر این، نتایج تحلیل واریانس یک‌طرفه و آزمون تعقیبی نشان داد که اگرچه سه گروه در ابتدای مطالعه از نظر دانش واژگان نظامی هم‌سطح بودند، گروه TBLT در پس‌آزمون عملکرد بهتری نسبت به گروه‌های دیگر داشت. همچنین، گروه SLT نیز نسبت به گروه کنترل به‌طور معناداری عملکرد بهتری نشان داد. این یافته‌ها بیانگر آن است که هر دو رویکرد TBLT و SLT می‌توانند در بهبود یادگیری واژگان نظامی مؤثر باشند و می‌توان آن‌ها را در دوره‌های آموزش زبان انگلیسی نظامی به‌منظور ارتقای کارایی ارتباطی پرسنل نظامی به کار گرفت.
