مولفه های سواد ارزیابی از دیدگاه دبیران ایرانی زبان انگلیسی: حال و آینده

چکیده

این مطالعه با الهام از چارچوب سواد ارزیابی زبان فولچر،بر دو اصل تمرکز دارد: اول، اجزای فعلی سواد ارزیابی زبان انگلیسی. و دوم، مولفه های مورد نیاز آن از دیدگاه دبیران زبان انگلیسی ایرانی. برای این منظور 147 معلم زبان انگلیسی شاغل در وزارت آموزش و پرورش انتخاب شدند. روش جمع‌آوری داده‌ها در این مطالعه کیفی، از مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته شامل اطلاعات دموگرافیک و مسائل مربوط به ارزیابی و سنجش بود. علاوه بر این،از چارچوب سواد ارزیابی فولچر به عنوان مدل تحلیلی مطالعه استفاده شد. بر اساس یافته‌ها، دانستن و درک مبانی سنجش، اصول و فرآیندهای ارزیابی مانند دانش پایایی و اعتبار، مدل‌ها و چارچوب‌های ارزیابی، مسائل اخلاقی،تاثیر سنجش بر تدریس و بر عکس، ساخت روبریک، تعاملی بودن، قالب‌های آزمون، طراحی آزمون برای مهارت‌های زبانی و فرآیند ارزیابی. از جمله اجزای فعلی سواد ارزیابی زبان انگلیسی بودند. علاوه بر این، اثرات و پیامدهای سواد ارزیابی زبان انگلیسی بر فراگیران از قبیل پیامدهای اجتماعی، سیاسی، آموزشی، اقتصادی و روانی به عنوان مؤلفه‌های مورد نیاز برای آینده شناسایی شد. پیامدهای مطالعه برای برنامه های توسعه حرفه ای مستمر معلمان (CPD) نیز مورد توجه قرار گرفت.
