رضایت مندی شغلی دبیران زیان انگلیسی در ایران: بررسی نقش جنسیت، سطح تحصیلات، تجربه تدریس و محل خدمت

چکیده

رضایت مندی شغلی معلمان یک عامل حیاتی در تحقق اهداف تعیین شده در یک سیستم آموزشی است.  به نظر می رسد که عوامل مختلفی بر رضایت مندی شغلی معلمان تأثیر می گذارد. این مطالعه قصد دارد بررسی کند که آیا رضایت مندی دبیران زبان انگلیسی ایرانی تحت تأثیر عوامل جنسیت، سطح تحصیلات، تجربه تدریس و محل خدمت می باشد. به این منظور، با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای، نمونه ای شامل 440 دبیر زن و مرد زبان انگلیسی از استان های تهران، لرستان و مرکزی انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌های مورد نیاز، از شرکت‌کنندگان خواسته شد پرسشنامه رضایت مندی شغلی معلمان را همراه با اطلاعات فردی (به عنوان مثال، جنسیت، سطح تحصیلات، تجربه تدریس و محل خدمت) تکمیل کنند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده های جمع آوری شده از آزمون تی مستقل و آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که هیچ تفاوت آماری معنی داری بین شرکت کنندگان زن و مرد در مورد رضایت مندی شغلی آنها وجود ندارد. علاوه بر این، یافته‌ها نشان داد که شرکت‌کنندگان با سطوح تحصیلات عالی از رضایت مندی شغلی بالاتری برخوردار بودند. علاوه بر این، نتایج نشان داد که شرکت‌کنندگانی که تجربه تدریس بیشتری داشتند، احساس رضایت شغلی کمتری از شغل خود داشتند. همچنین، یافته‌ها نشان داد که شرکت‌کنندگان شاغل در استان تهران نسبت به معلمان شاغل در استان‌های لرستان و مرکزی از رضایت مندی شغلی بالاتری برخوردار بودند. مطالعه با پیشنهاد برخی کاربردها برای ذینفعان آموزشی به پایان می رسد.
