تاثیر میانجیگری کلامی بر پیشرفت ادراکی و عملکرد یک معلم با تجربه و دانشجویان در کلاس زبان دوم

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر میانجیگری بر پیشرفت یک معلم با تجربه با استفاده از دیدگاه اجتماعی فرهنگی ویگاتسکی می باشد. همچنین اثر تغییر رفتاری معلم بر پیشرفت احساسی و عملکرد دانشجویان مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. برای نیل به این هدف، یک معلم با تجربه با ۱۵ سال سابقه ی تدریس که درس زبان انگلیسی عمومی را در یکی از دانشگاه های ایران تدریس میکرد انتخاب شد. برای بررسی عملکرد معلم و شناخت بهتر نقاط ضعف و قوتش، در پنج جلسه ی اول معلم فقط مورد مشاهده و بررسی قرار گرفت. همچنین برای بررسی احساسات و نظرات او در مورد تدریس، قبل از میانجیگری از او خواسته شد که به صورت شفاهی در مورد احساسات و فعالیتهایی که در تدریس انجام داده است صحبت کند. به دلیل آنکه اکثر روش های تدریس معلم بر اساس روش های قدیمی مثل ترجمه کردن بیش از حد و تدریس دستور زبان به شکل استنتاجی بودند، مداخله گر به صورت رو در رو بعد از جلسه ی پنجم تا جلسه ی بیستم مداخله و کمک خود را برای تغییر عملکرد و پیشرفت معلم ارائه داد. ارزیابی نتایج نشان داد که میانجیگری در پیشرفت معلم موثر بوده و موجب تغییر رفتار و روش معلم در تدریس شد. همچنین فعالیت بیشتر دانشجویان در کلاس به دلیل تغییر روش تدریس و پیشرفت معلم صورت گرفت. یافته های این مطالعه نکات و کاربردهای آموزشی ارزشمندی برای تربیت کننده های معلم و معلمانی که در جست و جوی پیشرفت شرکت کنند گان در محیط های مختلف تدریس هستند، در بر دارد.
