It included four options of resolution strategies for coping with imposed identity adopted by four identity configurations of teachers, namely Rebellious, Submissive, Harmonious, and Duplicitous. he analysis of the data which were collected from 42 EFL teachers through the resolution strategies questionnaire indicated the dominant types of configuration the teachers projected in coping with mandates by managers, supervisors, and learners as three sources of imposition. Faced with institute managers' imposition, most teachers manifested a Harmonious identity except when managers treated teachers based on their personal attitudes rather than teachers' professional abilities. To deal with supervisors' imposition, the teachers tended to be mostly Submissive or Harmonious. As to learner-driven imposition, the teachers opted for Rebellious and Harmonious strategies to resolve most of the impositions. The findings indicate how identity may be imposed, changed, and managed. Supervisors, managers, and EFL teachers need to consider how identity conflict resolution can lead to a desirable EFL environment for teaching.}, keywords = {EFL teachers,identity,Imposed Identity,Resolution Strategy}, title_fa = {نوع هویت معلمان زبان و راهبردهای آنان برای غلبه بر تعارض هویتی}, abstract_fa = {یافتن راه حل مقابله با تعارض هویتی گام اساسی در شکل گیری هویت معلمان است. از آنجایی که ابزاری برای سنجش راهکارهای غلبه بر هویت تحمیلی وجود ندارد ، ما یک پرسشنامه 18 موردی  را بر اساس پرسشنامه هویت تحمیلی معتبر که قبلا اعتبارسنجی وتهیه کرده بودیم، ساختیم. این پرسشنامه  شامل چهار گزینه در مورد غلبه بر هویت تحمیلی است که چهار وضعیت هویت معلمان، یعنی نافرمان، مطیع، سازگار، و دورو را بررسی  کرده است. تحلیل داده های جمع آوری شده از 42 معلم زبان انگلیسی  از طریق پرسشنامه نشان دهنده انواع غالب در وضعیت معلمان در مواجهه با موارد تحمیلی مدیران، ناظران آموزشی و زبان‌آموزان به عنوان سه منبع تحمیل هویت است. اغلب معلمان در مواجهه با تحمیل هویتی مدیران موسسه، شخصیت سازگار را از خود نشان می دهند، به جز زمانی که مدیران به جای آن که توانایی های حرفه ای معلمان را در نظر بگیرند، بر اساس نگرشهای شخصی خود با معلمان رفتار می کنند. معلمان برای این که از عهده تحمیل ناظران آموزشی برآیند، تمایل دارند که بیشتر مطیع یا سازگار باشند. در مورد تحمیل زبان ‌آموز محور، معلمان راهکارهای نافرمانی، ناسازگاری و بعضا سازش با محیط را برای حل بیشتر این تحمیل ها برگزیده اند. یافته‌ها نشان می دهد که چگونه می توان هویت را تحمیل کرد، تغییر داد و یا حتی آن را مدیریت کرد. مدیران، ناظران آموزشی و معلمان زبان انگلیسی باید در نظر بگیرند که چگونه حل تعارض هویتی می تواند به محیطی  مطلوب برای آموزش منجر شود.}, keywords_fa = {معلمان زبان,هویت,هویت تحمیلی,راهکارهای غلبه}, url = {http://www.teljournal.org/article_136508.html}, eprint = {http://www.teljournal.org/article_136508_a0d52bf6cf2416db903fe58e061c4bf9.pdf} }
